• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

• The request must be made within the 14-day window.

• You must provide a photo or short description of the issue (if product is damaged or incorrect).

🚚 Who pays return shipping?

• If the product is defective, damaged or incorrect: we cover the return shipping or offer a full refund without return.

• If you changed your mind: you cover the return cost, and we refund the product price (not the original shipping fee, if any).

💰 Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

• You’ll receive your refund via the original payment method (PayPal or other).

• Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
